Calorie Needs for Weight Loss: Workout & Diet Advice

I just started working out three weeks ago. I use a Bowflex machine and a staimaster. I dropped 15lbs from 205lbs (I'm 5'10 trying to get tp 175lbs). I am windering how many calories a day should be consumed to continue to lose weight? I am now working out five days a week and eating every 2-3 hours. I'm no longer doing low carb. Any suggestions on how often I should workout with the two machines as well as calorie help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Ben,

I do resistance training in a not stop, slow motion routine once a week; builds muscles with less wear and tear on joints and tendons. Go for breathing hard for a total of 30 minutes a day, can be in 2 -15 minutes or 3 10 minutes, walking fast, running or climbing stairs.
