I am 15 years old and I want to go on a diet to keep the weight I am. I do not want to lose weight but I feel that if I keep eating the foods I do, I will put on weight. How do I maintain the weight I am?

When you get to the site just enter your age, gender, and activity level and it will give you a menu plan specifically for your calorie level.
