Questionshould i excersise berfore i eat or after, when i go for my walks and i dont eat this make me more hungry and i want to know if i eat after my walk is this defeating the purpose of excersise ,but if i eat then walk im very tired and get cramps while im walking what should i do

Eat as soon as you feel hungry - the sooner the smarter a choice you can make. Put some raw nuts in a little plastic bag and put them in your purse/pocket.
Eat protein, eat QUALITY carbs, just don't eat them at the same time, that drains your enery.
Drink lots of plain water (tap water tends to have fluride, good for teeth. Bottle water doesn't). Tired and crampy might be chronic dehydration.
