Optimal Meal Timing for Metabolism & Health


Question
what time is best to drink a cup of milk and fruit juice
separately(besides during breakfast)? Is it better after my main meals of before? what period of the day is best to consume most of my food(to increase metabolism)? after what time should i not eat? What time should i take a
snack like cheese and biscuits/crackers? i have my 3 main meals at 8am, 12pm and 6pm.

The best time to eat is when you first start to feel hungry. Your appetite is not your enemy.

When you focus on the quality of what you put in, the quantity takes care of itself.

Now, about that stuff you are putting. Is that fresh, UNpasteurized fruit juice? No? Than it is like drinking refined sugar. If it is modern cow's milk, it is pulling more calcium out of your body than it is putting, by far.
