hi, i'm a 19 yr old girl and trying to loose the ugly fat around my stomach.  i do
50-60 crunches every night and i can feel my abs "under a layer of fat".  how do
i get rid of the fat?

the tummy fat is the hardest to lose and requires discipline in daily eating eating habits.
Doing just crunches is not enough- you need to increase your metabolism by doing weights that involve whole body movement such as squats, and then, very importantly, eating balanced meals daily.

Choose fresh over prepared and drink 8+ glasses of water a day.

Avoid frying and adding sauces/dressings to your meals- use olive oils and herbs/spices instead.

It is quite a simple routine but you will need the determination to stick to it until you develop a god habit.
