Effective Fat Loss Plan for Teens: Diet & Exercise Guide

HI, I'm 15 and i was just wanting some help, like could you tell me a solid diet to burn fat as fast as possible. Im 6' 160, I'm not really overweight at all. I just want to get rid of some excess fat and get a flat stomach along with some abs. COuld you tell me a diet and some excersises. THanks

Dear Caleb, because you are not overweight, just increase your daily exercise. Strive for at least 45 minutes of some cardio exercise like walking fast, jogging, bike riding, etc. You can split it up 20 minutes in morning and 25 in evening. Your diet should basically remain the same since you are not overweight. You are eating what you should be eating. Just workout more, lift weights if you can, and do the cardio.
