It is possible to reverse the gastric bypass by re-connecting the stomach sections, though in fairness this is not the same as returning your stomach completely to normal.  The "reversal" operation is rather complex and that makes it risky;  you need an experienced bariatric surgeon for this problem.  Unfortunately, I don't know any surgeons in Europe.  I recommend that you work through your main local doctor and he/she should be able to help you find an excellent bariatric surgeon.
