Question
Example
Hello,
I'm looking to make a necklace pendant that consists of a lot of small parts (see attached, for reference), but I'd like it to be durable and waterproof. I live in an apartment so I can't make a kiln/furnace for casting metal, and softer metals seem like they'd deform too easily as a pendant. Oven-fired clay with a polyvinyl resin glaze is a possibility, but I think it might be too brittle. Are there better options for home-made, durable jewelry?
Thanks
AnswerVic, I recommend that you try working in Wax or a burnable plastic to make your piece and then contract a company to cast it even finish it for you.
Here are a couple of companies you might want to check out.:

Believe me when you add up the equipment electricity and time it is the best way. just remember to pack the wax model well so it won't get broken.
you might also want to get an alcohol burning lamp to heat your tools with sometime.
Good luck and let me know how it turns out.
