Questioni have my period late last month (5 days) i took the 72 hour pill to induce it. my flow was very light for a week butafter a couple of days break it became really heavy then lessoned off but did not fully stop until me next period, now, it doesn't seem to be easing off. the pain in my ovaries has eased slightly but my my womb area is still swolen and tender to touch. this is the third time i have taken the 72 hour pill. could this be the problem?
i'm thnakful for any help as my doctor did not help at all.

The 72 hour pill can cause some problems but they don't last and should be cleared up within one week. You can take the pill often and still not have the type of reaction you are having.
I don't know what type of doctor you are going to but you need to see a specialist to have the abnormal uterine bleeding checked out. You could have an infection, hormone imbalance, an irritation but it does need to be seen by a doctor that will listen to what you are saying. The constant bleeding puts you at risk for anemia and many other things. If you are not going to a GYN then change to one. If the doctor that didn't help out is a GYN - go in for a second opinion.
This should be taken care of as soon as possible.
