Effective Home Exercises for Thigh & Butt Toning | Expert Advice

Hi Bonnie
  I would like to ask you about exercises for doing at home.I'd like to tone my thighs and I want to also ask you.If you have, what looks like dimples on your butt cheeks.Is that due to needing to eat more or just that area needs to be toned up?what can I do to work on those parts? I have a exercises thing were you step onto it and prety much are walking on the spot.

Some good at home exercises that can tone the thighs are:
Walking Lunges
Stationary Lunges
Lateral Steps
Squats
Step ups
Jumping jacks
Run in place.
Almost every one has cellulite-{the dimples on your butt cheeks]-
the best way to get rid of cellulite is leg exercises and watching your diet.
The best things to eat are protein and carbohydrates- less fat and sodium-also make sure that you stay well hydrated.
