Breast Changes in Men: Causes & What to Do

i am a 17 year old man. recently found my left brest bigger then my right one... but i dont have any symptoms of brest cancer like pain... but i am still worried and have some question.. wat is an inverted nipple,nipple discharge,sores on the nipple and areola,enlarged lymph nodes under the arm...i am worried tat i have breast cancer please help...

Breast cancer in a 17 year old man is almost UNHEARD of! Even in 17 year old girls it is EXTREMELY unlikely - and breast cancer is 100 times more common in women than in men!So I think it is safe to say that you can forget that possibility! What you have is probably assymetrical gynecomastia which is NOT unheard of in young men and boys. If it continues to bother you you can ask a plastic surgeon for help but it is NOT dangerous!
