It not only removes the dead skin but also moisturizes, revitalizes and nourishes the skin. It makes your skin healthy. There are several different scrubs available in the market but regular use of these can leave you with black patches due to the chemical content in it. You can make your own natural body scrub at home.
Body Scrub Recipe -
1.Take four spoons of olive oil and three spoons of honey. Mix them both and massage it in circular motion on your skin. Olive oil nourishes your skin and honey being a natural bleach and cleanser, cleans and removes the dry skin with tanning. Leaving you with a smooth and bright skin.
2.Mix ' teaspoon of beewax, 1 spoon of castor oil and apricot oil and heat. Once the wax has melted remove it from fire and add sea salt and almond powder. Let it cool off a bit and scrub your body with it. This is food for your ski after all the harshness it has gone through all the day.
3.Mix three spoons of rice flour with two spoons of orange oil. Apply this on your skin and scrub lightly in a circular motion. This is a great cleanser. Scrub for 15 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.
4.Mix neem powder with rose water and honey. Make sure that the neem leaves powder is a bit coarse. Scrub your skin with it for 10 minutes to deep clean your pores. Neem is a natural antiseptic and thus prevents your skin from infections.
5.Mix apricot powder with glycerin and aloe vera gel. Massage it well and leave it to rest for 15 minutes. This will nourish your skin.
Use these body scrub recipes for a clean, clear and healthy skin. Body scrubs, however, should not be used regularly. Scrubbing may be harsh on your skin and regular practice may leave you with dry skin.
