Facial Yoga for Anti-Aging: Natural Techniques & Exercises

Ageing is one of the most scariest dream of any woman. With the growing age, you can witness few signs of ageing like development of fine lines, wrinkles and age spots on your face. Crow crow fly away: Crow's feet is one of the signs of ageing. To get rid of this, try crow crow fly away yoga pose. Firstly, lift and release your lower lid without moving any other face muscles. Put some pressure on the outer crease of the crow's feet with your fingertip. Just make sure you don't drag or pull the skin while doing this facial yoga. Moisturise the skin before doing this facial yoga.

Puppet face: Hagen designed this exercise to deal with marionette lines around the nose and mouth . To do this facial yoga pose, place 2 fingertips above the lips and on either side of the nose. Push down gently and create a resistance. Keep smiling while doing this.

Brow exercise: This is another facial exercise that can fight ageing naturally. Put both the palms on the ends of each brow and gently pull them apart from each other. Close your eyes throughout the exercise. Do not over-stretch your skin or else this can loosen the skin muscles.

Baby bird: When you start ageing, your neck and chin also start sagging. To prevent the sagging skin around neck and chin, try the baby bird face yoga pose. Tilt your head back and swallow the saliva whilst pressing the tongue on the tip of your mouth. Repeat by tilting to the left and right side.

Surprise: This is another effective face yoga to fight ageing around your eyes. To get rid of fine lines around the eyes, try to surprise yourself! Do not raise your forehead muscles. Just open your eyes wide enough to clearly seen the white portion of the eyes. By stretching your eyes, the muscles around your eyes and forehead and also avoids scowling.

Buddha face: Stress and tension are one of the major causes of ageing or formation of fine lines on the face. To get rid of these health problems, try the Buddha yoga pose. Close your eyes and relax. Concentrate on a point in between the brows. As Hagen explained, think that a small disk is placed in between the brows. Increase the size of the disk and this will soothe out the muscles.
