Dark circles under the eyes can definitely be corrected with make up. Apply special moisturizer before applying any other cosmetics, around the eyes.
;It is better to opt concealers with the yellow or orange shades to neutralize the dark circles. Never go for the concealers with pink tones. Liquid concealers, if blended properly, provides the best results. Always apply the concealers lightly and prefer one shade darker than the skin complexion, as it will help to hide the puffiness of the eyes, too.
Do not use black eyeliners or pencils. Choose dark brown colours.
Use light colour eye shadows like plums, pinks, etc.
Never forget to remove the make up, before going to bed.
