All masks given here are for shoulder length hair. You can increase the quantity as per the length of your hair.
Lemon, honey and eggs: This is my favourite hair mask as it is quite versatile. It is good for all kinds of hair and scalp. For dandruff prone scalps, it is great. Lightly beat one egg in bowl. Add the juice of half a lemon and a tablespoon of honey. Mix well and apply it to the hair and scalp. This mask contains lemon that fights dandruff, eggs that provide protein and honey that moisturise hair. Leave the mask on for at least half an hour and wash using your regular shampoo.

Yoghurt, lemon and gram flour: Take two tablespoons of yoghurt, mix a tablespoon of gram flour and juice of half a lemon. Make a smooth paste and apply it all over the hair and scalp. Allow the mask to dry or leave it for at least half an hour. Wash off the mask using your regular shampoo.
Oatmeal, honey and milk: Grind oatmeal to a coarse powder to get oatmeal flour. Take two heaped tablespoons of the oatmeal flour; add a tablespoon of honey and enough milk to make a mask like paste. It should neither be too thick nor too runny. Apply on your hair and scalp and allow it to dry. Even though you are in a hurry, allow at least 15-20 minutes to let the mask do its job. Wash hair using shampoo.

Banana, honey, lemon and oil: Your overripe banana can be used in hair masks for dandruff. Blend the banana in a mixer. Add a tablespoon of honey, one teaspoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of some light hair oil. The mask will help fight dandruff, moisturise hair and give a nice shine to the tresses.
The masks mentioned here are the very basic DIY hair masks for dandruff. They contain very common stuff that we use quite often and can be easily found in every household. If you desire, you can make minor tweaks and additions. For example, you can mix aloe vera gel or some essential oil to get added nourishment.
