“Hair should be treated like an old delicate lace.” You must have heard this or read this numerous times if you have looked about hair care. And, I am a maniac when it comes to hair care. So, let me share some of my hair care secrets with you today.
Always love your hair as it is. That is the first rule to hair care. Then, you can fight your way to the hair you desire.
Whether your hair is rough, dry or damaged, whether you are suffering from severe hair fall, whether you have dandruff or an itchy scalp or whether you have thin hair and very less hair growth, stop lamenting about the fact and always appreciate your hair. Positivity helps make peace with your hair.
Treat hair just like you would another person. You should never take another person for granted or offend them or abuse them or stray into their private space. Do the same with your hair. Be good to it as I said above and never unnecessarily put hands on your hair or tease your hair or constantly touch your hair. Style your hair and leave it to enjoy its own freedom.
Just like I said above, treat your hair just like you treat another person. Spend time with your hair, understand its shortcomings and its good points. Enhance the good and try to overcome the bad. And, always be exclusive with your hair. Do not be a miser when buying hair care products. Use good products which suit your hair and make your hair happy.
Like I said, be excusive with your hair. The pillow covers, the scarves and everything you use for your hair, please make sure that none of it is cotton. Best is silk but I know that it is not quite affordable so satin would also do. But, a good quality soft satin. I always sleep on satin pillow covers and it helps my hair to glide easily on it and doesn’t suck out the moisture which cotton pillows often do.
Not only are the hair products important but also the hair tools like your combs and brushes and hair driers and straighteners. Make sure you use the best of them (which are in affordable ranges). The combs should be wooden or made of bones (artificial keratin). And, the brushes would better be boar bristle brushes as they are extremely soft on the hair and do not snag or pull the hair.
