Chocolate is not only a delicious pleasure, it also can be used for cosmetic purposes. Let me share with you 2 fun and easy ways to create an amazing chocolate homemade lip gloss that will make your lips look shiny, kissable and very “tasty”:
First way to prepare our chocolate lip gloss:
Ingredients:
– 1 table spoon of coconut oil
– 1 table spoon of cocoa butter
– 2 chocolate chips
– Capsule of vitamin E
– Couple of drops of essential oil (optional)
How to prepare:
Mix 1 table spoon of coconut oil, 1 table spoon of cocoa butter and 2 chocolate chips. Melt these ingredients together (warm it on a very low heat) and stir thoroughly. It shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes. Then, pour in 1 capsule of vitamin E (Optional: you can add a couple of drops of essential oil to it, for example, a rose one, or a jasmine oil, this will add an amazing smell), mix well and pour this substance into a small sterilised container. Wait till your chocolate lip gloss cools down and becomes solid, and you are done! You can apply it! Not only this homemade lip gloss is very tasty, but also it will smell delicious! You can store it in your fridge. Remember, with warm temperature your chocolate lip gloss will melt so I wouldn’t recommend to carry it in your purse!
Here is another variation of chocolate homemade lip gloss:
Ingredients:
– 1 table spoon of olive oil
– 1 table spoon of beeswax (it can be grated or in form of pearls)
– 1 teaspoon of honey
– 1 table spoon of cocoa powder
– 3 chocolate chips
– 3 drops of jasmine essential oil (you can chose any other essential oil you like, it can be lavender or vanilla) (optional)
– 1 capsule of vitamin E (optional)
How to prepare:
Put in a bowl: 1 table spoon of olive oil, 1 table spoon of beeswax, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 table spoon of cocoa powder and 3 chocolate chips and warm it all up on a very low heat. Stir very well, until everything is completely melted and then, quickly pour 3 drops of jasmine essential oil (or chose any other essential oil that you like) you can also add a capsule of vitamin E. Then pour everything into your lip gloss container and let it cool down. Your chocolate lip gloss is ready!
I would recommend to keep your homemade lip glosses in the fridge. Don’t carry it in your purse, oils have tendency to melt and can leak all over.
I hope you found it useful!
Imagine how wonderful your partner will feel when you kiss him! 😀
Stay beautiful!
