How to get radiant and glowing skin - find out what skincare routine you will need to get a radiant glowing young complexion.
Radiance seems to be the holy grail of skin care these days and it's no wonder - what
better compliment is there than "You're looking radiant!"? It
suggests inner health that's bursting from every pore, showing the
world your vitality.
Thankfully, you don't need to give up chocolate and follow a
macrobiotic diet to get it!
Your first step should be to get into the routine of
regular exfoliation - this helps to remove dead skin
cells which make the skin look obviously dull. Next, find yourself
a radiance boosting moisturizer to recreate that youthful glow that
tends to fade with age.
Apply sunscreen everyday to keep premature aging at bay.
Freshly exfoliated skin is very sensitive - it doesn't take much to
irritate such vulnerable skin.
To keep that fresh skin looking radiant, protect it from sun damage
by using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF 15 or
higher.
Alternatively, a radiance-boosting base to wear either under
or over your makeup is a great option - this gives the skin a
subtle iridescent, pearly glow visible under or over your
foundation.
Using a highlighting product such as cheekbones and around the
eyes, encourages light bounce off the area so you can draw
attention to your favorite spot.
Of course there's no harm in backing all this up with a bit of
clean living - lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, at least 5
glasses of water every day and plenty of oily fish.
A lack of sleep will show up under your eyes as
dark circles or bags. Eight hours of sleep per
night will all combine to keep your skin looking fabulous from the
inside out!
